Serving Walworth County And Beyond Since 1994

Since 1994, the attorneys at Leece & Phillips Law Offices, S.C., have been committed to helping residents in Walworth County and neighboring Wisconsin counties during life-changing times. If you are purchasing a house, starting a business, filing for divorce or tackling a number of other events that involve complex legal processes, you need the guidance of an experienced lawyer you can trust.

We invest the time upfront with each client to discuss objectives and review all of the options. We help our clients set realistic goals and then develop strategies to achieve them. Our attorneys are accomplished litigators who prepare every case as if it will go to trial. However, we are also skilled negotiators who frequently resolve cases without the need to litigate, saving our clients money and minimizing stress.

Our team is not only committed to our clients, but active in the Elkhorn community as well. From sponsoring T-ball teams to serving as city and village attorneys, we recognize the importance of helping our Walworth County neighbors.
