Randall G. Leece

Randall G. Leece graduated from Concordia College, Moorhead, Michigan in 1974, receiving academic honors, with a double major in political science and economics. He graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1977 and has been continuously licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Wisconsin since that time. Mr. Leece began his legal career in Elkhorn, as an associate of Lowell E. Sweet, and became a partner in the firm in 1981. The present firm of Leece & Phillips, S.C., was formed in 1994.

Mr. Leece maintains a practice in both litigation and transactional law, with the litigation practice limited to injury, business and divorce issues. The transactional practice emphasizes real estate, business formation and estate planning fields. He also has extensive experience and continues to represent clients in the area of municipal law.

Mr. Leece is married and has 3 children. He is a past-president of the Walworth County Bar Association, a member and past-president of the Fontana-Walworth Rotary Club, former chairman of the Walworth County Cancer Society, past-president of the Elkhorn Area Chamber of Commerce and retired chairman of a local church affiliated camp. Mr. Leece is currently a member of the Aurora Health Care Board of Directors for the southern unit, comprised of medical facilities in Racine, Kenosha and Walworth Counties.
