Kelly C. Nickel

Associate Attorney Kelly C. Nickel practices family, litigation, contract, business, and landlord-tenant law. Attorney Nickel has maintained a law practice in Walworth County since her graduation from Marquette Law School in 1999. Attorney Nickel’s practice frequently brings her before the circuit courts of Walworth, Waukesha, Jefferson, Rock and Kenosha counties. She also enjoys a successful appellate practice having represented client interests in several actions before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. She is a respected practitioner having earned client trust through her compassionate advocacy and thorough knowledge of Wisconsin law.Attorney Nickel is an active member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, having served two terms on the Board of Governors and the Regional Coordinator for the annual State Bar sponsored high school mock trial tournament. Attorney Nickel is also honored to have served a term on the Wisconsin Supreme Court Appointment Selection Committee.Ms. Nickel is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Wisconsin, and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin.In 2006 and 2010, she was selected as a “Rising Star” among attorneys by Super Lawyer magazine.
